Let it go, let it fly

Dont just be 'swept' along with the crowds, doing things that make no sense to you, for the sake of dogma or routine. God is an absolutely amazing, infinite, creative, overwhelmingly impressive, spiritual Being. Capable of creating, relating, loving, protecting, cleansing, He created us like Him. So why do we try to fit into boxes that all look the same? We express our affections, creativity, passions in varying forms & So we should! The core of you, the heart of you is alive, buzzing, electric, full of life and creative energy. The substance in which you were created is dying to be released and free to fly, move, create, love, embrace, protect, embrace...Just as God does. So let go. Put away all that makes no sense to you. All that holds you down, all that grips, controls and surpreses you..and look within. What is in the core of you? It wont be the same as the person next to you...so forget comparisons. What is within you? Let it go, let it fly...True freedom comes from seeing this. "When God created man, He made him in the likeness of God."

 

 

Reflection?

A friend and I were praying the other night. As we did, I had a vision of a lake with the moon hanging in the sky above. Something struck me as very odd and quickly I realised that there was no reflection in the water of the light from the moon. As I asked God it's meaning I heard him say, that unfortunately many people who claim to be full of faith are not reflecting his image here on earth. The light of him does not shine in them. It is not reflected in their world. I felt him ask that we be genuine, raw, honest and like Him. Full of love, compassion, grace. To follow our hearts and release the potential hat He placed within us. We are all unique, possessing so many ideas, gifts, passions. So open up to the light, reflect God in all you do! '
So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord--who is the Spirit--makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.
